Probably the only Swiss Army knife I will ever really need, the cheese knife ($55) is simply: bread knife, cheese knife and corkscrew. If ever I get lost in the woods, I know my survival skills will immediately kick in as long as there’s a baguette, a bottle of red, a brick of Gruyère and my trusty knife in my knapsack!
