Nada Fares chocolates are always a delight and now she’s created a lovely chocolate for Easter. These dark chocolate eggs are filled with layers of thin, crisp praline wafers which I of course sampled while I took these photos at Nada’s boutique. Since Easter is this weekend, I’d better pick up some more before they are all gone!
In case you don’t know, Nada also hosts an amazing high tea in the afternoons (from 2-6pm Tues-Sun) in her Victorian tea room, just up the stairs from her boutique. For $32 ladies (and gentlemen) who love little gourmet sandwiches, scones, sweets and chocolates (all hand-made by Nada) will enjoy this sophisticated high tea. Personally, I choose hot chocolate over tea, but only because Nada’s hot chocolate is so divine!
