Shopping for workout clothes is not my favourite sport, but now that there’s a new boutique on Laurier West that caters to fashion-conscious fitness fans, I’ve been warming up to it. Louwana Creek carries a great selection of local and on-trend activewear. Instead of sporting one brand head-to-toe (I’m referring to the Lulu-lemming types), here you can really mix things up!
I was happy to find Montreal brands and designers like: CHRLDR, Mélissa Nepton (I selected an outfit for fall from her collection here), Industry Active and Climawear.
Not only can you put together great looks for your next yoga class or run on the mountain, there are all kinds of must-have accessories like Swell water bottles and gorgeous jewellery (made in Montreal!) by Lila & Zuri. 
Next time I feel unmotivated, I’ll head to Louwana Creek for a fab fitness pick-me-up.
