Who doesn’t like a classic thriller? And who would turn up their nose at a free movie on a beach (with FREE popcorn!)? This Thursday, July 11, at Parc Jean-Drapeau Beach, I’ll be one of the ’70s children heading to Île Ste-Hélène for my dose of retro cinema at sundown. Lucky for me, I’m a Scotiabank client, so when I flash my Scotiabank SCENE card, I’ll be whisked to the V.I.P. viewing section to see the legendary Spielberg suspense film, where I’ll nosh on free popcorn and down it with complementary bottled water while I shiver me flipflops. The first 100 people with a SCENE card will get the best seats on the beach, and the first 500 will be treated to popcorn and bottles of water. (No champagne, it’s a family affair!)
