Maison ELÄMA

It was at the local fashion pop-up boutique, Cabinet Éphémère in October that I discovered Maison ELÄMA, a modern fur outerwear and accessories line. What caught my eye were the bright colours and contemporary designs. Here was (finally) a local designer making fur fashion attractive and accessible. I also learned that behind the designs are two stylish sisters, Rita and Rim Elias. Recently, I reached out to them because I’d been invited to attend the prestigious Canadian Snow Polo Tournament in Tremblant. I’m very excited to announce that Rita and Rim are lending me an assortment of their designs for the three-day event. I won’t reveal the looks we’ve put together yet, but here are some of the key pieces I’ll be wearing.

Elama accessories
Olivia silver fox hat and the Eva bag and hand muff.

Rita and Rim only very recently launched their line, but I have a feeling they will be a huge success! Tomorrow night (Feb. 10th at 8pm) you can watch them on the popular Dragon’s Den to see if they received the recognition they deserve from the Dragons. And be sure to follow me on Instagram and Snapchat (@eatdrinkbcarrie) on Feb. 25-27 to see how I styled their gorgeous designs.
