The Bridal Boudoir Affair is a great place to get fresh ideas for hosting a fab party or for planning an amazing wedding. At this year’s Bridal Boudoir, I spent the day at my friend Christina Esteban‘s portable glam portrait studio. I’d met Christina years ago when I was working for a small web agency. Back then, Christina had a portable photo booth that you could rent for events and I was handling the Photo Booth‘s blog and social media. Christina has since stepped up her photo booth game by offering her clients a much more refined version. Inspired by the portrait studio set up at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, Christina created an on-site professional photo studio complete with a live photo editor to produce glam portraits of your guests. If you have a wedding, anniversary, birthday or other special event, why not offer your guests this type of souvenir? You know they got all dressed up for you and this is a nice way to say thank you and to give them a photograph that they’ll cherish forever (or at least, until they change their latest profile pic).

I had my makeup done by Elizabeth D’Amico who is great for event and wedding makeup.

Throughout the day, other friends stopped by Christina’s glam studio, like Montreal’s haute couture darling, Antoinette Di Carlo.
“Twinning” with the classiest Montreal jewellery designer, Katherine Karambelas.
The mastermind behind the Bridal Boudoir, Maddy K.
